Philly Marathon Training W7D1
Well, whaddayaknow. So, apparently, cumulative fatigue IS a thing. Garmin didn’t speak to me once during this easy 4-miler. Didn’t pull back on the pace at all. My legs felt a bit looser and I started moving quicker in the last mile, so if it was any longer I would have needed to start holding down the pace. But, the first 3 miles, I thought my Garmin was lying because I felt like I should have been moving quicker based on how hard I felt I was working.
Also, I saw a cassette tape on the side of the road. Are there still devices available to play those?
